Glacier Star Quilt by Judy Neimeyer

Exciting News at The Needleworks!

A certified quilt instructor will be here to teach the Glacier Star Quilt by Judy Neimeyer, www.quiltworx.com. Sue Wilson will be coming to The Needleworks for 2-day classes for 3 months to teach all 6 of these techniques used in the Glacier Star Quilt.

The New York Beauty Block
The Geese in the Pond
The Snow Flake Center
The Lone Star
The Feathers on the Star Points
Circling Geese on the outside of the Quilt

Finished Quilt is 60" Square
Extension kit makes it 90" Square

Sue has been trained by Judy Niemeyer in order to reach new regions, provide more local representation, and meet the high demand for her techniques. Currently Judy is booking 2 years ahead to keep up with the demand for her instructing.

Sue assures me that you only need to be able to sew a straight line in order to take this class. When you see the above samples of this stunning quilt you will fall in love with it as I have.

Cost per class is $25.00
Class Days are Wed & Thurs (10am-5pm), Jan - April
Includes one day for kitting for free - she'll help you choose colors and fabrics.
Patterns $10 per pattern (6)

Tuition for this class must be paid prior to class date ($150). Please call or stop in if you are interested, as space is limited. Registration with paid tuition needed by January 11th. Classes start Jan18th 2012.
